City Developments Limited (CDL) Aries, a subsidiary of the largest non-controlled developer in the city-state, has won the rights to develop two adjoining plots at 798 and 800 Upper Bukit Timah Road in northwest Singapore’s Tan Chong industrial park called The Myst.
